Do you share our dream: to achieve mastery in your coaching and in your life?
Whether you are an Master Certified Coach (MCC), in the process of applying, or seeking to be more masterful in your coaching, you have come to the right place. We are passionate about coaching and committed to moving toward mastery in our lives and in our work.
Masters Coaching Masters is a group of Master Certified Coaches credentialed by the International Coach Federation. Drawn together by friendship, our passion for coaching, and our ongoing personal paths toward continued growth and mastery, we have joined forces on an exciting journey to Coaching Mastery - and beyond. Through our pursuit of personal and professional mastery, we continue to gain higher levels of awareness, enhancing not only our work but also our lives and those of our clients, students and mentees. stepping stones to becoming a master coach.
What makes us different? We recognize that each coach is special and expresses mastery in his/her own way. Coaching is a science (models, techniques, styles, practices) as well as an art (self-expression) which blossoms uniquely in each of us. Taking the leap from PCC to MCC is also about deepening our self-expression and personal development, naturally integrating the science into the art of coaching. We believe that as we approach mastery it is often necessary to move beyond the models. And this is where we begin.
Coaching Mastery is not just about obtaining the MCC credential, or another certificate acknowledging mastery. Mastery arises from practice and experience of the core fundamental coaching competencies, and more importantly, from our presence, the trust in ourselves, our clients and the coaching process.
"I found the Master Coaching Mentoring programme one of the most beneficial coaching development experiences I have had. This was due to the excellent facilitation of Meg and Vicki with their insightful feedback and ongoing encouragement. They created a safe and nuturing environment enabling me to reflect and consider new ways of approaching how I coach. The group coaching sessions with observation provided profound learning opportunities and further enhanced my coaching skills, thank you for the opportunity." Jane Adshead-Grant.
